Groundbreaking

The exciting first step: marking the beginning of construction.

Clearing and grading the land to prepare for building.

Creating the pond that will enhance the beauty of the venue grounds.

Installing plumbing, electrical, and drainage systems below ground.

Laying the concrete foundation that will support the entire structure.

Pouring and curing the concrete slab to form the building’s base.

The first beams and columns rise, shaping the building’s outline.

The framing continues throughout the structure, outlining each section of the venue and defining interior spaces.

We’ve recently added the wall studs, outlining the layout of the venue. Next up, the walls will go in as the space begins to truly come to life.
